Pre quarantine, 10 ladies of CrossFit Oakdale started competing in the Girls Gone RX Oly Open. It was supposed to last five weeks. It took a bit longer. You know, Pandemic. While not all scores got entered, but our ladies crushed the barbells with so many PR’s. Here are some highlights: 1st Weight Class Division Victoria – 49th place on Week 3 1 RM Hang Snatch @80# (pretty sure that is close to body weight) 2nd Weight Class Division Scott – 100th Place on Week 2 3 RM Front Squat + 1 Shoulder to Overhead @120# (umm again… body weight) Jill – 46th Place on Week 2 3 RM Front Squat + 1 Shoulder to Overhead @155# Brooke – 12th Place in Week 4 3 Position Hang Squat Clean @145# – Also entered all of her scores and came in 11th out of 171 ladies in her division!
