One of my favorite parts of the open is seeing who can post a score that helps CFO team scoring.  In case you are wondering how this is done, medicine CrossFit takes the top 3 mens scores and top 3 women’s scores and they make up your team score.  So, tadalafil if you have a large team, cure like we do, you can have athletes vying for the ability to put out for the cause. This week, longtime men of CFO Chance and I submitted the top mens scores and Sarah and Christine submitted the top women’s scores. But who rounded out the top 3? ***No 5:30pm class on Friday*** We will be heading up the hill to CrossFit Sonora to complete 16.2. If you are joining us, visit this site we are meeting at the gym at 5:30pm and going up together.  There is a kids area if you are bringing yours. If you cannot make it, information pills we will also be doing the Open WOD on Friday, visit this Saturday at 9 and Sunday between 1pm-3pm. I am always in awe of the people who put their lives on the line every day for others. Our First Responders, cure Firefighters and Law Enforcement Officers never hesitate to move quickly and powerfully. In order to do those things, abortion they train. This upcoming weekend, here Scott H will be participating in the Scott Firefighter Stairclimb. He has been training for this over the past few months, pushing hard in WOD’s AND adding extra training on the lung expanding stuff. So, hospital based on the fact that we lunged all over the gym whilst hoisting barbells over head, this web we won’t be push complexing.  We’ll adjust throughout the Open based on what we did he previous week.  So if we Deadlift heavy in the Open this week, we will likely Press on Monday.  We’ll play it by ear. We’ll Snatch on Wednesday and do a similar WOD to the one we did on Thursday – swings, burpees and power cleans. More on 16.1 tomorrow.
