Throwback Triplet
This is an oldie, pill but a goodie – it was a qualifier workout for the OC Throwdown. It’s from way back in the olden days of 2011.

This picture was taken 1-2 hours before we completed this WOD….post cruise. Let’s try eating for a week on a cruise then working out…
