Well, Tuesday’s workout was tough. The short time Fram forced you to really hustle to get through the trusters, leaving you in panic mode for the rest of the workout.
I will program it again in the near future, except it will be for time. You shouldn’t go slow, but some pacing may make it a more complete workout. It will still be panic breathin’ and grip killin’
