Wednesday is our last day of classes this week. The parking lot is being resurfaced and sealed starting Thursday. We will be doing Murph on June 10th just in case you didn’t want to miss it!   Tuesday is a version of an Open workout from 2011.  It’s an oldie, but a goodie.  Instead of an AMRAP, we will do a task priority, meaning for time. Because it’s for time, you will need to scale smartly so you can get the work done under the time cap.  Talk with your coaches. Did anyone besides me spend most of your weekend watching the CrossFit Games Regionals?  Here’s my update – athletes are getting younger and fitter. This will be a different week – CrossFit Oakdale will be closed from Thursday, May 25 through Monday, May 29.  CFO will re-open on Tuesday, May 30, returning to a normal schedule.  The parking lot is being resurfaced and with Memorial Day on Monday, we’ll take the opportunity to take rest and come back ready for the summer. We will take a break from our strength cycle for this week and do 3 fun workouts and lifts.  Tuesday is particularly nasty.
