Adjust on the fly!

So, hospital based on the fact that we lunged all over the gym whilst hoisting barbells over head, this web we won’t be push complexing.  We’ll adjust throughout the Open based on what we did he previous week.  So if we Deadlift heavy in the Open this week, we will likely Press on Monday.  We’ll play it by ear.

We’ll Snatch on Wednesday and do a similar WOD to the one we did on Thursday – swings, burpees and power cleans.

Clean Grip Deficit Deadlift

In 20 minutes, build to a heavy single of a Deadlift.  Do this standing on a 45# plate and with a Clean Grip.
