Starting tomorrow we will be holding CrossFit classes at 9am and 5:30pm online. ROMWOD will be at 8:00 am.
The Quarantine Games start tomorrow! I will post the link for the Google Doc on the CrossFit Strong Facebook group page. If you are not on Facebook, I can text you the link.
This week’s theme is Holidays! Pick a holiday, or use them all! Wear an ugly sweater when working out, hide some Easter eggs for your kids to find. Just don’t get a group together and go caroling. That is not social distancing.
We will be broken up into 2 teams. If your kids are participating, let me know so I can get them on the leaderboard.
