Thank you to everyone who came out for the Equipment pickup! It was so good to chat and see you all. Which is crazy since we saw you yesterday… We hope to continue to see you all on social media.

We will be live on facebook tomorrow at 10am, revisiting the whiteboard and giving a rundown of the workout.

Sunday at 5pm we will have a town hall meeting to discuss the first two weeks (hopefully ONLY) of the Quarantine Games. We will post the link for the Zoom Meeting on Facebook.

3 Clean and Jerks – This still requires a pull and a push. Can be performed with barbell, double dumbbells, single dumbbells or a kettlebell (3 on each arm)
