Even getting to the bar facing burpees is an accomplishment. If you can get back to the clean and jerks, purchase you are superhuman.
At 10am, we will start with a strength session – 1 Squat Clean and Jerk, EMOM for 10.
After we knock this out, I would love to play some Ultimate Football. We can play in the rain, I would just bring some not so great shoes along with your normal training shoes.
