7 Rounds For Time

7 Handstand Pushups (sub 2 wall climbs)

7 Thrusters 95/65

7 Knees to Elbows

7 Deadlifts 185/115

7 Burpee

7 Kettlebell Swings 53/35

You will use one barbell, pharmacy changing out the weight each time. 25’s should be off to the side to take on and off.
