CrossFit Oakdale has moved to unit #10! We need to thank everyone that pitched in a helped up move (and even paint). It was truly a community event and – again – we are humbled by your energy and enthusiasm.
We got a ton of work done this weekend, pharm and we are moved, prostate but we aren’t done. Please be patient as we get things situated. There is a ton of space and we will slowly figure out how to make it fit the workouts. The pull-up rig is a bit different, as it is now free standing. We will be extending it 10 feet mid-week when the parts come in from Rogue.
Remember, we have the Open House on Wednesday at 7:30pm.
Think of the Snatch work today as “Open” practice. Focus on moving perfectly and efficiently. We will Deadlift on Tuesday, Press on Wednesday and Squat on Friday.
