Couple of notes this week:
Tuesday will be a little bit of a different day. There will only be 3 classes: 530a, 9a and 6p. (No Open Gym) We will be holding a support workout for Coach Tim. We will do a partner workout with deadlifts and bar facing burpees, with a bit of a twist, to show support for Tim after a health scare. Tim is a “TTG” – a tank top guy – so please wear a tank top on Tuesday.
I am moving the thrusters up to Monday, and we will have the burpees on Thursday, with the power clean cycling on Friday. We missed out on the Thrusters last week – but you did get a bunch of heavy ones in the Seven:)
