Tuesdays workout will be a partner style workout in support of “Tank Top Tim.” Grab a partner, load up a bar, and I go, you go. Except when you don’t go, you rest in a handstand. If a handstand is too much, hold 35/25 DB or KB in each hand.

Partner style – one works, one rests

100 Deadlifts 225/155

100 Bar Facing Burpees

One partner does 10 DL, then 10 BF Burpees. You can only work when your partner is upside/overhead hold. Basically, it’s 10 total rounds of 10 and 10. It just looks cooler as 100.
