Week of Dec 31

Tomorrow classes are at 5:30am, 8:30am ROMWOD, 9:00am and 3:30PM.

We will have a big workout at 12pm on New Years Day. The workout is 100 Rounds, 1 Thruster, 2 Pullups, 3 Burpees. RX is 95/65 with regular pull-ups. Advanced is 135/95 and C2B. I would estimate this workout to take 2 hours, but we can scale the weight, the task and the duration. You can do, 20 or 30 rounds. You can cap it at 30 minutes.

I will discuss more ways to to this in tomorrow’s post. But we would love to see you there.
