The concept for Tuesday’s workout is to shoot some wall balls, and do some dynamic pulling. If you don’t have muscle ups, alternate pull-ups and chest to bar pullups. Or body pulls and heavy swings.

Workout of the Day

10 Rounds, for reps

In 1 minute, perform 12 wall ball shots, 20/14

In the remaining time perform:

Even Rounds Ring Muscle Ups

Odd Rounds Bar Muscle Ups

Rest 1 minute between rounds – score it total number of reps completed, including wall balls
