To Do: Wake up on the right side of the bed.

We are almost 2 weeks into the Whole Life Challenge. Over 20 people from two CrossFit gyms came together to get better at life. Well more than 20 people…. but 20 people on our team. Each week there is a new lifestyle challenge. The first week called for us to put down our phones during times of boredom. This week, within an hour of waking, we are reflecting on 3 things we are grateful for. This will color your day special even if you wanted to hit the snooze button. Even if you are not a part of the challenge I suggest doing this – try to be creative and change it up daily.

Workout of the Day

Complete as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
3 burpee box jump-overs
3 deadlifts
6 burpee box jump-overs
6 deadlifts
9 burpee box jump-overs
9 deadlifts
Etc., adding 3 reps to each exercise every round.

Men use a 24-in. box, 225-lb. deadlift
