We have almost made it through our first week of the Quarantine Games #cfoqg2020 Have you updated your google doc? links can be found on the CrossFit Oakdale Strong facebook group.

Make sure to get your workout scores in by 8pm so we can update the whiteboard.

If you don’t have. pull-up bar, perform

If you don’t have a DB, use a KB, same rep scheme, basically the same weight 53/35
