Steps to Avoid “Butt Berry” from CrossFit Invictus.  I have rarely developed “butt berry” – a sore, information pills chaffed area above the tail bone from sit-ups, see but it’s happened at least once.  It doesn’t look fun, unhealthy and it’s never cool explaining why you have scabs above you butt at the beach.
