PICK A LEVEL THAT MIGHT PUT YOU JUST A BIT OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE. THIS IS A CHALLENGE!
CLEAN OUT KITCHEN – NOT EVERYONE IN YOUR FAMILY IN ON THIS CHALLENGE. REMOVE ITEMS THAT MY BE HARD FOR YOU TO RESIST, OR PUT THEM IN A DIFFERENT PLACE.
FOOD MATRIX – FILL OUT WITH YOUR FAVORITES AND SCHEDULE MEALS BASED ON THOSE. (in packet)
JOURNAL FOR 3 DAYS – DON’T CHANGE ANYTHING JUST YET. (journal template in packet)
COMPLETE THE BENCHMARK WORKOUT. – We will be doing this in class the week before the start and repeating at the end.
