Last Call Y'all

On Saturday we had our Fall Fest to raise money for two local families battling breast cancer. We raised $992 for these two families. I wanted to extend this for another few days. If you didn’t have a chance to come out on Saturday, you can still donate. Let’s get up over $1000!
Thank you to everyone who came out! June won the giant prize basket filled with items from each of our vendors. Big THANKS to Tricia, Michele, Gina, Ashly, Kelly, Robin and Dawn who answered my text message and jumped on the opportunity to get this done. There is a lot of love and a lot of giving in our little gym. Thank you all for your generosity.

This upcoming weekend is Veteran’s Day weekend and we will be having an abbreviated schedule. Friday classes will be at 9am, 4:30pm and 5:30pm. Closed Saturday and Sunday. Thanks!
We will be testing some lifts after our 8 week cycle.  Shoulder press on Monday, Back Squat on Tuesday and Deadlift on Thursday.
