In Preparation for Turkey Day

Classes will be 9am and 5:30pm only – we would love to have a larger group for the evening class so we can all workout together. If we don’t get a chance to see you, adiposity please know that we are Thankful for all of the positive spirit and effort you bring into the gym on a daily basis. Each and everyone of you motivates us to work harder as coaches. We look forward to working off some turkey with you on Friday. Come join us for a fun WOD 9am.

“TURKEY GONE BAD”
5 Rounds for Reps
Fight Gone Bad Style
40 seconds of work at each station, # 20 seconds to transition
1 minute rest after each five minute round
Hang Power Clean with Axle Bar 45’s/25’s
Handstand Pushups
Ball Slam 40/25
Box Jump 24/20
GHD Situp (SUB abmat situp)
