Festivus Games WODs

Festivus Games are back on April 18th. They hail it as “A Competition for the Rest of Us.” You know how much we love Festivus here. Feats of Strength… the Airing of Grievances… sound like it is time to bring the pole out from the crawl space.

No worries, we will only be celebrating the feat of strength. There is an Intermediate (RX) a Novice (Scaled) or a Masters 45+. Click HERE if you you are unsure if you should go Intermediate or Novice. This is an individual competition.
