Our Healthy Living Challenge is over. Hopefully our challengers have learned some new recipes, gotten rid of a good amount of sugar and are feeling better. Our goal for these challenges is always to improve upon our current conditions.
Maybe we used sugar in our coffee, but now we drink it black.
Maybe instead of a drink during the week, you stick to the weekends.
Maybe we added more veggies to our daily meals.
It might not even have been a dietary change! Our lives can get so busy that there is no time to breathe, between work projects, school projects, the stuff you have to do and the stuff you want to do. I am sure that 95% of us could use a little slowing down, a chance to stop and smell the roses. Self care might be a current buzz word, but I am glad it is getting some buzz. “Busy” is not a happy descriptor when people ask you how you are. How would you WANT to describe yourself?
Get your google docs filled out. Measurements can be done this week. WOD will be done on Friday.
