Don’t forget – we will be traveling up the hill to CrossFit Sonora for 17.4 on Friday night.  It’s St. Patrick’s Day, so if you’re OG, dust off your green I Heart Fran shirt and get ready for whatever warm hell CrossFit HQ has decided to gut check us with.
We’ll be meeting at CFO to caravan up starting at 4:15pm.  There will be no evening classes Friday night.
