CrossFit at 9 and 10

Week 21.1 of the CrossFit Games “Oakdale” Open will kick off on Saturday, March 13th with a potluck after our heats. There is no dedicated 9 and 10 am classes on Saturdays during the Open. Get to class at 9am, get your body warmed up and get on the heat schedule. We will talk about standards and strategies on Friday night. If you take the class on Friday, you will do the workout. If you want to wait until Saturday, you can come in on Friday and use a rower and stretch in the annex in preparation for Saturday.

Theme weeks:

Week 1 : Birthday party- be creative…birthday suit must be a physical costume.

Week 2: Superhero/Villain – Chalk Monster?

Week 3: What We Did During the Quarantine – think Carol Baskins, zoom meetings and pj’s.
