This is the way scoring works – the scoreboard accepts the top 3 male and female scores. That can, visit and does change every workout. You may get crushed by a barbell, ask but absolutely crush a burpee WOD. You may suck at doubleunders, # but we need your big Clean and Jerk to contribute. Would you like to be the Athlete that steps up when we need it, and smokes a WOD, contributing to Team CFO’s march to glory???
