Looking to get fully back in business this week – as long as the acid rain and the murder hornets hold off. Workout of the Day Up Ladder 12 M 1 Power Snatch 65/45 1 Thrusters 65/45 1 Kettlebell Swing 53/35 You are not allowed to drop the bar from the top in this workout. Place it gently back on the ground. At this weight with 10’s on the bar will jump all over. If you don’t have big plates on your barbell, the snatch will be from just below the knee.

So I called it. Between COVID, sweltering heat, and now California on fire, I postponed the hike. Maybe it is a great day up there. BUT there is a fire on the Crab Tree Trail Road.
