Happy New Year! Only 1 class on Thursday – and it’s a doozy. To scale – use whatever weight you can do on the thrusters – 135/95 is heavy. Find a weight that you can move for sets of 5. For C2B pullups, you can scale to Pullups or Body Rows. For the running, all 6 miles of it, you can bring a bike, scooter, skateboard, whatever to keep you moving. You can break it up how ever you like. I recommend 20 rounds of 5 Thrusters, 5 C2B Pullups, 400m run. You can even run shorter, doing 5 Thrusters, run 200m, 5 C2B, 200m run – 20 rounds.
