Welcome to CrossFit Oakdale. Our community started its journey in 2008, but opened the doors of CrossFit Oakdale in 2011. We have worked out in garages, outdoors, in stadiums and on beaches. We have trained with first responders, athletes, expecting mothers and grandparents. The trainers at Crossfit Oakdale have over 9 years experience teaching (and many more practicing) the CrossFit method.

We have programmed hundreds of WODs (Workout of the Day), and run thousands of people, of every fitness level, through WODs.
