From ground, buy more about to low hang, to high hang. If you cannot complete a portion of the lift, you have gone too heavy. Depending on grip strength and how well you turnover the bar, this may be 60-80% of your Snatch. This is our first time doing this, but keep it light and make it perfect, as we’ll be practicing this a lot over the coming weeks.
