This is the last full training week of 2018. We will Deadlift on Monday, Bench on Wednesday and Back Squat on Friday.
Next week we will have a Christmas Eve workout on Monday at 10am. Kids & Teen Classes will be on break starting December 25th, returning on January 8th. We will discuss our hours for Wed-Fri next week by Thursday.
