Today was the first All Access Class in the morning. It was GREAT! It was an EMOM with rowing, side effects pushups and air squats. The class will be fast paced, but mostly body weight and lighter weights. Workouts will be between 15 and 25 minutes. We are currently offering the first two weeks for FREE to see how much response we can get. Classes will be Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:20am until 8:55am. So drop off your kids and get in a quick workout! This is open to the public – bring a friend, tell a friend, drag a friend.

20 Seconds work, 40 seconds rest
This week, try to add something harder. Get away from the wall, add shoulder taps. If you are walking, try to add a turn. You got some rest back. Use it to try something new.
