Only 1 workout on Saturday for coach Tim’s 40th. It’s a big, long one – which is scalable or you can make it a partner workout. Can and get some.

40 Shoulder to Overhead

After every round, do a parking lot run with a 40# slam ball, 40# DB or 40# KB. I guess you could grab a 25# ball and a 15# DB. Or 2 20# balls. You get the idea.
