We are super lucky at CrossFit Oakdale to have a several coaches that are available to help you get Ready For Anything. You got a taste of their coaching skills while we were gone. Watch out…they are ready for more.
Brady, information pills Chance, medicine Christine, information pills Louis and Tricia are all CrossFit Level 1 trainers. They teach classes, but they are also available to assist you with your goals. Alison and I get busy running classes and keeping things moving, so it gets tough giving that specialized coaching that you may need. If you see them on the floor, get to know them. Please be respectful, if they are training, wait until after to ask them a question. They are more than happy to help.
