We have been throwing down many challenges to you…train for summer slam, 100 burpees, and now I have another. It is the Whole Life Challenge. Kids are now back in school and summer is almost over – life should get back to normal (?) but your diet may not have switched back from the “everyday funday” attitude. The Fall Whole Life Challenge is the best time to jump in and get dialed back in.
It starts on September 16th and will run for 8 weeks. Each day you earn points for completing each of the 7 daily habits. These consist of Nutrition, Exercise, Mobility, Sleep, Hydration, Reflection and a Lifestyle element that changes weekly.
Early registration ends on Wednesday $29 for returning players and $39 for new players. Price goes up $10 after that.
The support the we get on the reg at CrossFit Oakdale is motivating. During these challenges it only gets stronger. We share happy thoughts and hangry thoughts, recipes and daily wins. And of course prizes!!
