Whole Life Challenge

On Saturday September 10th we will be having our Whole Life Challenge Kickoff Party. At 11:30am we will do measurements, visit this site complete our baseline WOD and then have a potluck of foods that we WON’T be enjoying over the 8 weeks of the Challenge. The Whole Life Challenge begins on Saturday September 17th. It is not just about nutrition. It is about changing our lives as a whole. We will sleep longer, drugs hydrate and mobilize more and reflect back on where our lives are taking us. 8 weeks together…good thing we like each other. Right?
