8 Ground to Overhead 95/65

10 Bar Facing Burpees

I was wrong about my first assessment. It’s still a burpee workout, but if you can snatch the barbell, you should. The clean and jerk is too slow, and it effects the pressing. Even if you do quick small sets, 4 and 4, 3-3-2, 4-2-2, at least start with snatches, then get into clean and jerks.
