Today’s workout might sound familiar to you. It was the WOD from last Thursday, mind just kicked up a tiny bit. In the coming weeks we will be adding on here and there to see how far we can take it. We will try to keep it to 40 seconds of work, buy information pills 20 seconds of rest for the first 12 minutes…for the time being.

Even Minute: 6 Handstand Pushups

Odd Minute: 6 Toe to Bar
