Brian also recommends, if you want to do a second workout or at open gym on Sunday, do 80 bar facing burpees and then row 4,000m. Cheer June on, she could have the best time in the world on this workout. Give her something to chase.

For time:
  5 rounds of:
  4 muscle-ups
  13 shoulder-to-overheads, 135/95 lb.
Then, increase the weight for 5 rounds of:
  4 muscle-ups
  7 shoulder-to-overheads, 185/125 lb.

Time cap: 15 minutes
