Thursday Night Intro Classes are back!

Thursday night at 6:30pm – Intro Class on Pulling Movements. If you are new to CrossFit, check please attend! There is a calendar at the gym that shows the times, malady dates and movements of the intro class. 
This Saturday is a “seemingly” normal Saturday.  Come in, healing work hard, have fun. Go home.  Maybe have some nice lunch.  It’s a beautiful thing.
