Thanks again for those who quickly adjusted their schedule today. Big shout out to Alice Properties and Jason Davis Electric for bringing our space into a new light. Literally.

If you hit the afternoon classes, you will have noticed there is no longer BLINDING light when hopping up to the pull-up rig. Insert super happy emoji here. No more darkened corner pull-up rig either – no place to hide:)

For time / reps:
•10 dumbbell snatches
•15 burpee box jump-overs
•20 dumbbell snatches
•15 burpee box jump-overs
•30 dumbbell snatches
•15 burpee box jump-overs
•40 dumbbell snatches
•15 burpee box jump-overs
•50 dumbbell snatches
•15 burpee box jump-overs

Men use 50-lb. dumbbell and 24-in. box
Women use 35-lb. dumbbell and 20-in. box

Time cap: 20 minutes.
Note total reps if the time cap is reached.

Scaled (ages 16-54)/RX’D Masters 55+
•Men use 35-lb. dumbbell and 20-in. box, step-ups OK
•Women use 20-lb. dumbbell and 20-in. box, step-ups OK

Teenagers Rx’D (ages 14-15)
•Boys use 35-lb. dumbbell and 24-in. box
•Girls use 20-lb. dumbbell and 20-in. box

Scaled Masters 55+/Scaled Teens (ages 14-15)
•Men/Boys use 20-lb. dumbbell and 24-in. box, step-ups OK
