Summer Slam is tomorrow!
We’re gonna party like it’s 2008.  Like the 2008 CrossFit Games that is!  3 sprint workouts – to fast to complete all three will be the big winner.
Doors open at 8. Judges briefing 8:30am Athlete briefing 8:45am First heats go at 9.  It’s $25 and you will get a t-shirt.
