In high school I played football, basketball and baseball. I then went on to UC Davis and played football.

I am one oldest of 5 kids. I have 4 younger sisters, all of which swam at division 1 schools. Except for the youngest as she is 11. Karlee won a gold medal at the world games in a relay with Missy Franklin and Katie Ledecky.

I started crossfit while my wife and I were in Colorado. I loved the intensity and competitiveness of it. It was also something that my wife and I started doing together and gave us a great workout routine that we passionately enjoyed together.
