Not including the back squat and our gymnastics, we have seen 96 PR’s in the last week and a half. I think our system worked, but it doesn’t work if people don’t try really hard.
We will max the front squat on Friday, but your gymnastic work is just as important as your lifts. You should know your max pull-ups just as well as you know your max back squat. Coach Jess will be having another handstand work gymnastics class on April 12th at 6:30pm. Be there!
