Raffle Prizes coming up!

We will be having some Perfectly Posh items for our raffle at next week’s WOD & Wine Evening. We are lucky to have an in-house Posh Consultant in Stephanie M. Make sure you check out her Facebook page and products. All of their skin and beauty products are naturally based. Sarah, order Tricia and I went to an open house and got to try out a few of the face masks, case moisturizers and skin care products. I personally LOVE the snarky bar to tame the callouses on my hands.
There will be more raffle items to come – headbands, socks and of course hand care items….they may also each come with a bottle of wine. Stay tuned! Tickets can be purchased ahead of time and you do not need to be present to win. $1 a ticket or 6 for $5

Workout of the Day
Strength/Skill, Week 2 of 4
Clean & Jerk
Build to a 75% C&J in 10 minutes.  Once you get to that weight, do 3 singles at that weight.  Use 90-120 seconds to rest between the heavy singles.
Pause Back Squat 
Build to a 75% of your 1RM of the Back Squat single in 10 minutes.  Once you get to that weight, do 4 sets of 2 at that weight – 1 chimichanga 2 chimichangas 3 chimichangas.  Use 90-120 seconds to rest between the heavy singles.

15 Box Jumps 24/20
