One more day for 14.5. I mean 16.5

I had some ideas about writing a post, online but it’s a little late.  If you need to get in 16.5, case make sure you let Alison know.  You need to have it done by tomorrow at 5pm.
Just so you know, I am still in “Open mindset.”  I’m still mulling over what this Open showed us.  We will start lifting heavy things again, with a plan, but for this week, we’ll have fun and do some good workouts.
