Moving on up in the MOQ

Congrats to June, who moved up 30 spots from her Open placing in her Master’s Online Qualifier workouts.  The MOQ were very challenging – there was big weight, technical movements, and conditioning was tested across all 4 workouts.  June had her highest placing in the most painful workout – 100 DB Snatch, 80 Calorie Row, 60 Bar Facing burps and 40 Muscle Ups.  Fortitude!
Just wait till June is a whipper snapper against those 60+ next year…
