More Weekend Details!

***If you are judging this weekend please arrive by 7:15am for Judge’s Meeting. I will be sending out an email regarding standards, medicine but feel free to watch the video’s we put up.***
The CrossFit Oakdale Christmas Party is this Saturday at Suzy Belen’s!
The party starts at 5pm – you should have enough time to go home after the Franniversay, link grab a shower, ailment take a power nap, wrap your White Elephant gift, throw on your favorite festive sweater, and head to Suzy Belen’s.
If you haven’t picked up a ticket, they are $15 for adults, $12 for kids.  White Elephant gifts are a $20 limit.  The kids White Elephant is $5 if they want to participate.
