Memorial Day At Home WOD

Tomorrow is the last day that we will be closed. Hopefully the parking lot is in tip top shape and ready to go on Tuesday. Thank you for your patience! We will be doing “MURPH” on Saturday June 10th, in case you thought you were lacking high rep movements in your life.
