Congratulations to Sonia H who finished as the 10K Overall Masters Female Runner in the Rina’s Run a few weeks ago. Sonia is working towards qualifying for the Boston Marathon. She trains daily – running, visit this site kickboxing and CrossFit. She started with us a few months ago and has made great strides in her lifting and gymnastics movement. Keep up the hard work Sonia!!
